In response to national energy emergencies and university-level mandates, UP ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵapp is adopting the EgyE Advisory 01-2026, submitted by the Energy Engineering (EgyE) Graduate Program of the College
of Engineering, to reduce avoidable energy use across all campus facilities.

In support of the implementation of the Single Ticketing System (STS) and the strengthening of traffic management and road safety within the campus, we respectfully inform the UPD community that UPD Transportation Management Office (UPD TMO) traffic enforcers are
deputized traffic personnel of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Local Government Unit of Quezon City.

As the Iran war rages and wreaks unjustifiable losses to people and nations, the world’s supply is experiencing significant stress, and prices are rising.

Following Proclamation No. 1189 by the President of the Philippines and published in the Official Gazette of the Malacañan Palace declaring March 20 as a regular holiday in observance of Eid’l Fitr, there will be no classes in UP ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵapp on the said date.

All stakeholders are invited to a public forum for the selection of the next UP ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵapp (UPD) chancellor on Wednesday, March 4, 9 a.m.–12 p.m., at the GT-Toyota Asian Cultural Center.

Following the statement of UP President Angelo A. Jimenez on the observance of Feb. 25 as an Alternative Learning Day to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution, faculty members are requested to extend leniency to their undergraduate and graduate students who will participate in remembrance activities.

The College of Law will be administering the onsite Law Aptitude Examination (LAE) 2026 on Sunday, 1 March 2026 and the onsite Technical Assessment for LAE on 15 February 2026.

The UP ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵapp University Student Council, in coordination with student organizations, is conducting the Alternative Classroom Learning Experience (ACLE) 2026 this February. Please be advised that synchronous and asynchronous classes on February 24 (Tuesday), from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM, are suspended.
