UP reclaims men鈥檚 athletics crown

The UP Men鈥檚 Athletics Team (UPMAT) reclaimed the Collegiate Athletics Championship (CAC) of the University Athletics Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 87 held at the New Clark City Athletics Stadium in Capas, Tarlac.

The UP Fighting Maroons collected a total of 290 points, led by a podium finish of four golds, seven silvers, and five bronzes during the five-day meet held from Nov. 17 to 21. It was a hard-earned crown as the UPMAT only led by four points against first runner-up Far Eastern University.
